It’s known as the Master Cleanser (aka Lemonade diet) and even R&B singer; Beyonce, is in on the program as she reportedly used the Lemonade fasting recipe to shed weight while filming the movie: Dreamgirls.

It’s a general accepted idea that through exercise and proper diet we can lose weight, improve our shape and get healthier. There is nothing wrong with that, but there are also other ways which makes us look thinner. And one is - use proper clothing!

But how do I dress myself to look thinner?

1. Use monochrome clothing

Monochrome clothing means using only one color for your whole outfit. This is a great trick of most of the fashion editors and stylists. For example, two colors break the body in half, though looking like the a lighter color for your bottom makes you look heavy. One, for example black or darker color, creates a longer, leaner look. And if you must wear two colors, use the darker color for your bottom and the lighter, for your upper body.

For decades dieters have been told to eat slowly to help them lose weight and it seemed to work. Until now, however, there has been no scientific evidence to explain why eating slowly seemed to help individuals eat less and reduce fat.

In a recent study, 30 women were given a large plate of pasta and told to eat as much as they wanted. In the first trial, they were told to eat quickly and consumed over 640 calories in only nine minutes.
