The people who live in countries that border the Mediterranean Sea have a significantly decreased incidence of heart disease, chronic diseases, and cancer, and the highest adult life-expectancy rate. All of these health benefits even though the traditional Mediterranean diet contains 40% of total daily calories from fat. How is this possible?
Olive oil, a staple of a Mediterranean diet, is a monosaturated fatty acid and counteracts animal fats. This type of fat does not raise blood cholesterol levels and is an excellent source of antioxidants. Monounsaturated fats are, in fact, required for the body in order to function effectively.

It is gaining popularity in leaps and bounds and although I heard about this program way back in 2000, I never would have foreseen that it would one day be something that almost anyone in holistic and alternative living would know off AND actually use.
It’s known as the Master Cleanser (aka Lemonade diet) and even R&B singer; Beyonce, is in on the program as she reportedly used the Lemonade fasting recipe to shed weight while filming the movie: Dreamgirls.

It’s a general accepted idea that through exercise and proper diet we can lose weight, improve our shape and get healthier. There is nothing wrong with that, but there are also other ways which makes us look thinner. And one is - use proper clothing!
But how do I dress myself to look thinner?
1. Use monochrome clothing
Monochrome clothing means using only one color for your whole outfit. This is a great trick of most of the fashion editors and stylists. For example, two colors break the body in half, though looking like the a lighter color for your bottom makes you look heavy. One, for example black or darker color, creates a longer, leaner look. And if you must wear two colors, use the darker color for your bottom and the lighter, for your upper body.
